The Smith Engage 2 helmet with MIPS and Koroyd technology provides enhanced protection during angled impacts, while the lightweight in-mold construction delivers strength without unnecessary weight.
The helmet is also equipped with an advanced 21-vent ventilation system with AirEvac™ technology, which efficiently channels away heat and moisture and helps prevent goggle fogging.

In principle, Mips works between two layers of the helmet shell, which rotate in relation to each other during a fall. This technology is being used by more and more major and minor helmet manufacturers, so if a helmet has this technology, you can tell by the small yellow logo on the outside of the helmet. The Koroyd system consists of thousands of co-polymer extruded tubes that are heat welded to form a unique, consistent and fully engineered core.
