The women's low-cut shoes with Vibram soles are a reliable partner for your alpine hikes, no matter the terrain or weather.
Built for enhanced performance and control in a wide range of mountain terrain, the Vibram® Alpine Hiking outsole, which is exclusive to SALEWA®, also excels in wet and muddy conditions thanks to its dedicated climbing, traction and braking zones and aggressive lug pattern.
The shoes comprise a durable, high-quality suede and stretch upper, which is further reinforced with a full 360° rubber rand to see off rock and scree.
The Salewa proprietary 3F trademarked system with a steel arch provides firm ankle support and lateral stability. The Flex Collar increases the rear ankle range of motion and comfort while hiking. The shoes also feature a breathable and cushioning OrthoLite insole, allowing air to circulate and wicking moisture away from the foot.
Vibram is a manufacturer and brand of the most widely used rubber compound for the production of soles of various types of footwear, founded in 1937. To maintain the high standards of Vibram, each and every sole model undergoes a series of rigorous tests. The basic characteristics of Vibram soles are their abrasion resistance and grip, which are functional in a wide variety of climatic conditions. It also features long life, resists cracking and retains its properties on wet and dry surfaces.
The Salewa 3F System connects the instep area of the shoe with the sole and heel, promoting flexibility, support and proper fit where needed.
