When the trail breaks into a steep descent, you want a brake that can keep up with your head and your hands. The Shimano Deore M6220 front disc brake set 1.7 m brings calm and confidence in every corner.
Hydraulic disc brake delivers smooth engagement and consistent power, so you can control your speed better even on rough surfaces. Lever feel helps you modulate braking force without unnecessary finger strain.
Two-piston caliper works in a balanced way and supports controlled braking on the front wheel. You’ll appreciate it on long descents when you need to brake repeatedly and with precision.
The set is tuned for Shimano Deore systems and fits into common mountain bike builds. That makes it easy to integrate into a bike where you rely on proven components.
The hose length supports a clean cockpit and frame layout, so it doesn’t get in the way of the controls. The result is a tidy look and a lower risk of accidental snagging.
Technical designation of the set: BL-M6100 / BR-M6200.
Brake position: front wheel.
Hydraulic hose length: 1700 mm.
Brake fluid: mineral oil.
This Shimano Deore front brake is based on simple, proven hydraulics and clear, predictable modulation. It’s suitable for riders who want reliable braking on trails, gravel, and everyday terrain. The system is ready to integrate into compatible Deore drivetrains and component setups.
