Why SiS GO Hydro + caffeine?

During moderate intensity exercise, the human body produces 1-2 liters of sweat per hour (which removes not only fluids but also important electrolytes like sodium, potassium, magnesium, and others) depending on the environmental conditions. If the body is not adequately hydrated, dehydration occurs, affecting the body's functioning. This leads to increased body temperature, heart rate, fatigue, and reduced concentration. SiS GO Hydro perfectly meets the body's requirements for sodium amount (0.7g/l) and concentration (30mmol/l) compared to plain water.
The caffeine added to the tablets allows for more effective use of fats and efficient conservation of carbohydrates for later use during sports performance. Caffeine also improves brain function, reaction time, and reduces our perceived exertion during performance, making the effort seem easier.
