Description

SiS Go Hydro tablets contain key electrolytes such as sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and chloride. These are essential for the proper functioning of the human body and for maintaining high athletic performance.

The most important electrolyte is sodium, which supports natural hydration, helps stimulate thirst, and increases the body's desire for fluids. Sodium concentration in the blood typically begins to drop after exercise lasting more than two hours. For athletes drinking only pure water, a low sodium concentration in the bloodstream can cause fatigue, loss of concentration, and strength.

The sodium content of SiS GO Hydro is 0.7g/l with a concentration of 30 mmol/l, which has been scientifically proven to enhance hydration in the human body more effectively than pure water.

Sodium is a component of electrolyte drinks, but SiS products offer one of the highest concentrations and are enriched with a range of other vitamins and minerals, such as zinc, chloride, magnesium, and others.

Ideally, SiS GO Hydro should be consumed 60-90 minutes at the beginning of exercise and then switched to the carbohydrate supplement SiS GO energy.

Usage: Dissolve the tablet in 500ml of water. Suitable for drinking before, during, and after exercise.

To ensure optimal hydration levels, we recommend the consumption of 400-600ml of SiS GO Hydro drink about 3-4 hours before exercise. If you are preparing for especially demanding physical activity, focus on proper hydration several days in advance. During exercise, regularly replenish fluids, taking a few sips every 10 minutes so that the total volume reaches 500ml per hour. After exercise, continue drinking SiS GO Hydro and use slow drinking to replace every 0.5 kilograms of lost weight with 750ml of fluid.
