Sponser Liquid Energy Plus is an energy gel with a neutral or Cola-lemon flavor that includes sodium, potassium, and vitamins.
One tube (70 g) contains 200 kcal of pure energy and 50 g of carbohydrates, while a 35 g sachet contains 25 g of carbohydrates.
The gel is suitable for endurance athletes who need a constant energy supply. It is also appropriate for strength and team sports as an energy source before and during physical activity.
Additionally, the gel includes functional ingredients - caffeine (both Neutral and Cola-lemon) and taurine (only in the Neutral variant). One 70 g tube contains 50 mg of caffeine. Caffeine enhances concentration and alertness, promotes fat burning, and increases strength. You can consume it on its own, or squeeze it into your sports drink (1 tube/200 ml water).
