Sponser Liquid Energy Plus is an energy gel with a neutral or Cola-lemon flavor containing sodium, potassium, and vitamins.
One tube (70 g) contains 200 kcal of pure energy and 50 g of carbohydrates, while a 35 g sachet contains 25 g of carbohydrates.
The gel is suitable for endurance athletes who need a constant supply of energy. It is also suitable for strength and team sports as an energy source before and during sports activity.
Additionally, the gel contains functional ingredients - caffeine (Neutral and Cola-lemon) and taurine (only in the Neutral variant). One 70 g tube contains 50 mg of caffeine. Caffeine increases concentration and alertness, supports fat burning, and boosts strength. You can consume it on its own or squeeze it into your sports drink (1 tube/200 ml of water).
