One pack contains 59 g of carbohydrates - which is the generally recommended amount of energy for 1 hour of physical activity and is enriched with BCAAs and taurine. Taurine has significant anticatabolic effects. It plays an important role in the breakdown of lactic acid from working muscles, thus helping to reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Taurine enhances performance, supports brain and heart activity, and improves concentration. It is involved in metabolism and fat digestion, while also regulating cholesterol levels. BCAA amino acids (valine, leucine, and isoleucine) are amino acids with branched side chains, influencing the regulation of carbohydrate, protein, and lipid metabolism.
