Sponser Recovery Drink is a restorative fruit drink containing carbohydrates and proteins based on casein hydrolysate and whey protein. It is designed for rapid muscle glycogen replenishment and recovery after training. Mix with water. Its small, single-use packaging makes it convenient to use anywhere on the go.

Recovery Drink is based on casein and protein hydrolysate. These hydrolysates ensure the maintenance of muscle mass and support its growth. Whey protein isolate obtained through the CFM method provides concentrated natural protein of high quality. Whey isolate supports muscle building and is also suitable for weight loss.

It is also enriched with free amino acids L-leucine and L-glutamine. L-Leucine is an essential amino acid and is one of the so-called branched-chain amino acids (BCAA). L-leucine is the most important amino acid for the formation of new proteins and acts anti-catabolically (protects muscle proteins from breakdown). L-leucine also reduces blood sugar levels.
