The Troy Lee Designs A3 Helmet Mips is a top-tier trail and enduro helmet that takes safety and comfort to a new level.
It is equipped with the advanced Mips® B32 system that helps reduce rotational forces upon impact, thus enhancing brain protection.
With its dual-density EPS and EPP foam liner, the helmet offers optimal protection in both high-speed and low-speed impacts. 16 ventilation ports ensure efficient airflow and pleasant cooling during both climbs and descents.
Riding comfort is enhanced by the TLD V3 Fit system, which allows precise 360° adjustment, and also the Fidlock magnetic buckle for easy one-handed fastening. The removable Sweat Glide sweatband wicks moisture away from the forehead and prevents it from dripping into the eyes. Additionally, the helmet is compatible with goggles and features an adjustable visor with magnetic attachment.
Mips is a technology in the form of a special yellow insert inside the helmet, which has the task of reducing rotational forces acting on the head and brain in the event of a crash or fall while riding a bicycle. In principle, Mips works between two layers of the helmet shell, which rotate in relation to each other during a fall. This technology is being used by more and more major and minor helmet manufacturers, so if a helmet has this technology, you can tell by the small yellow logo on the outside of the helmet.
