On a steep descent, you want a clear head, steady hands, and confidence that your gear is with you. The Troy Lee Designs D4 Carbon MIPS helmet Overspray Gold/Black adds both a sense of security and bold style. When the trail opens up, you’ll appreciate comfort that doesn’t break your focus.
The integration of Mips® C2 helps reduce rotational forces in a crash and increases safety when mountain biking. This gives you confidence on fast sections as well as in rough terrain.
The full-face design with a chin guard adds protection for the face and jaw. Anatomical cheek pads keep the helmet stable even on impacts and during sharp direction changes.
Ventilation is handled by 20 ventilation openings, so air moves better even on slower climbs. The interior feels less sticky, making it easier to keep your pace on longer trails.
Comfort is enhanced by XT2® padding with antimicrobial and anti-odor treatment. X-static® technology helps maintain a more pleasant environment inside the helmet.
Intended use: men’s and universal use for mountain biking.
Protective layers: Mips® C2 and EPS foam.
Ventilation: design with 20 ventilation openings.
Certifications: CPSC 1203 and CE EN 1078:2002+A1:2012, ASTM F1952-15, ASTM F2032-15, ASTM F2040-11.
Troy Lee Designs D4 Carbon MIPS in the Overspray Gold/Black version is aimed at riders who want full-face protection without unnecessary compromises. It combines well-thought-out safety features, ventilation, and comfortable padding for riding off-road. The yellow, blue, and black color scheme looks bold, yet still sporty.
