BEANY BLASTER XC 27.5 kids’ bike Mint is a junior mountain bike built for cross-country and fast off-road riding. Frame and geometry

Drivetrain: Shimano SL-U4000 CUES shifting in a 1x9 setup is paired with a Shimano RD-U4000 CUES rear derailleur with a long cage. The Shimano CS-LG300-9 11–41T cassette works with a Shimano CN-LG500 Linkglide chain.

Brakes: Braking is handled by Shimano hydraulic disc brakes with hydraulic brake levers. Power modulation suits kids’ hands as well as long off-road descents.

Ride characteristics

The stiff 6061 aluminum frame transfers power to the pedals without unnecessary losses, which shows when accelerating and riding out of the saddle. The rigid fork improves front-wheel precision on hardpack and on the pump track, where you’ll appreciate the instant response. The 65° head tube angle calms the steering on descents and through rough sections without making the bike feel sluggish on flat ground. The wide 2.10" tires increase mechanical grip and broaden usability on gravel and forest roads.
