Cannondale introduces a completely redesigned Moterra Carbon model for 2025—a versatile mountain e-bike that combines maximum performance with low weight and precise handling. New Full-Carbon Frame
The Moterra Carbon boasts a new fully carbon frame that is nearly 1 kg lighter than the previous generation. Along with updated e-system components, it offers greater agility, better handling, and a sense of lightness even on demanding trails. The suspension is handled by a 160mm travel fork and a 150mm travel shock, which, along with the 29-inch wheels, ensures an excellent balance between confidence in technical sections and agility in twisty terrain. The result is a bike that climbs with ease and descends with confidence.
Refined Geometry and Kinematics
The new geometry features a lower bottom bracket, higher stack, shorter reach, and steeper seat tube angle—all in the name of better stability, comfort, and control. Combined with newly tuned suspension kinematics that enhance traction and comfort during braking, the Moterra behaves confidently and predictably in any situation.
Powerful Drive and Range
The heart of the bike is the latest Bosch Performance Line CX 5th generation motor, offering quiet, smooth, and strong performance. There are two battery options—800Wh or a lighter 600Wh—and an optional 250Wh Bosch PowerMore extender. The total range can reach up to 1050Wh, ideal for all-day outings.
