The Dynafit Transalper 16 is a versatile backpack designed specifically for women—with a shorter back construction and maximum emphasis on comfort during fast movements in the mountains.
In addition to the main compartment, it features two exterior pockets and a practical side pocket at the bottom, which can fit a mobile phone, accessible without having to remove the backpack.
The material is abrasion-resistant, so it can handle contact with rocks without any worries.
The back system made of 3D EVA foam with ventilation channels ensures excellent airflow even in hot weather. Breathable, lightly padded shoulder straps with a double chest strap keep the backpack stable against the body even during fast movements on rough terrain.
The backpack is compatible with a hydration reservoir, has elastic attachments for trekking poles, and an integrated net for attaching a helmet.
Ripstop is a fabric with high strength, made using a special technique. Thin threads are woven into the fabric at a distance of 5-8 mm, giving it a articulated structure. This provides increased tear strength. In practice, it works by causing the tear to jam against the reinforced fibers which prevent it from continuing. Ripstop was developed in the USA during the Second World War for parachutes.
