The Endura SingleTrack kids’ helmet gives parents peace of mind and keeps young riders who love mountain biking comfortable. This kids’ MTB helmet is designed to combine lightweight protection with all-day comfort. Large ventilation ports help prevent overheating, even on slower uphill climbs. Fit is handled by the One-Handed Micro Adjust Fit System with multiple anchor points, offering a truly wide adjustment range. The internal pads are designed as fast wicking a quick dry, soft to the touch, and they’re also easy to remove and clean. For the right size, plan for a head circumference of 51 to 56 cm, which typically fits kids roughly from 5 to 12 years old (depending on growth).

The principle consists in injecting compressed polystyrene into a polycarbonate shell at high temperatures and pressures (approx. 330°C). This connection ensures high strength at very low weight. Polystyrene absorbs energy in the event of an impact, but it deforms, which is why the helmet must be replaced after a major impact.
