The Fizik Kudo cycling helmet is ideal for long alpine road climbs as well as challenging MTB and gravel races.
The lightest and best-ventilated helmet in Fizik's lineup. Adjustable at the forehead and back, it allows precise customization to the shape of your head, significantly enhancing helmet comfort and stability.
Light and thin padding supports air circulation. The integrated MIPS Air Node system effectively dissipates rotational forces during impacts without compromising ventilation or comfort.
For better cyclist visibility, the helmet features a removable rear light with USB charging.

Mips is a technology in the form of a special yellow insert inside the helmet, which has the task of reducing rotational forces acting on the head and brain in the event of a crash or fall while riding a bicycle. In principle, Mips works between two layers of the helmet shell, which rotate in relation to each other during a fall. This technology is being used by more and more major and minor helmet manufacturers, so if a helmet has this technology, you can tell by the small yellow logo on the outside of the helmet. EPS is expanded polystyrene. It is a strong and rigid material with a cellular structure, composed of 2% polystyrene and the rest is air.
In-Mold technology can be found most often in bicycle and ski helmets. The principle consists in injecting compressed polystyrene into a polycarbonate shell at high temperatures and pressures (approx. 330°C). This connection ensures high strength at very low weight. Polystyrene absorbs energy in the event of an impact, but it deforms, which is why the helmet must be replaced after a major impact.
