Agilis – sports performance on the road and in the terrain.
The Agilis helmet combines a light, airy look of classic racing models with extended protection in the nape area. This makes it an ideal choice not only for road cycling but also for riding in lighter terrain.
Maximum stability and precise fit on the head are ensured by the Roc Loc 5.5 retention system, which allows easy and quick adjustments according to individual needs. In the version with MIPS technology, this system is cleverly integrated directly into the MIPS layer, contributing to a higher level of protection during rotational impacts.
The helmet is equipped with 32 ventilation openings with a Wind Tunnel™ system, which actively supports airflow through the entire construction. Air is efficiently drawn in through the front openings, directed through internal channels, and expelled from the rear, helping to keep the head cool even during high-intensity riding.
The shell is additionally covered underneath with a durable polycarbonate, which not only emphasizes a clean and sophisticated design but also increases the helmet's overall resistance to everyday wear and tear.
Agilis is a great choice for cyclists looking for a versatile helmet with a balanced ratio of comfort, protection, and a modern sporty appearance.
Mips is a technology in the form of a special yellow insert inside the helmet, which has the task of reducing rotational forces acting on the head and brain in the event of a crash or fall while riding a bicycle. In principle, Mips works between two layers of the helmet shell, which rotate in relation to each other during a fall. This technology is being used by more and more major and minor helmet manufacturers, so if a helmet has this technology, you can tell by the small yellow logo on the outside of the helmet. Currently there are about 5 kinds of Mips system.
In-Mold technology can be found most often in bicycle and ski helmets. The principle consists in injecting compressed polystyrene into a polycarbonate shell at high temperatures and pressures (approx. 330°C). This connection ensures high strength at very low weight. Polystyrene absorbs energy in the event of an impact, but it deforms, which is why the helmet must be replaced after a major impact. Helmets produced by In-Mold technology and associated have a weight of 350-550 g.
