The best-selling helmet in the world with a new, more modern shape, great details, and updated technologies. Fixture II helmet in a kids' version, designed for off-road use, draws its shape from much more expensive Giro models. It features an extended rear profile providing enhanced rear head protection.
The helmet is excellently ventilated due to its 16 vents and fits snugly on your head thanks to the Roc Loc Sport adjustment system, which can be easily tightened with one hand using the adjustment knob. It has a removable Snap-Fit 2 visor, reflective elements, and quick-drying padding.
In-Mold technology can be found most often in bicycle and ski helmets. The principle consists in injecting compressed polystyrene into a polycarbonate shell at high temperatures and pressures (approx. 330°C). This connection ensures high strength at very low weight. Polystyrene absorbs energy in the event of an impact, but it deforms, which is why the helmet must be replaced after a major impact. Helmets produced by In-Mold technology and associated have a weight of 350-550 g.
