The world's best-selling helmet in a new, more modern shape, featuring superb details and newer technologies. The Fixture II helmet in a kids' version, made for off-road use, and its design is derived from much more expensive Giro models. It has a extended rear profile, providing enhanced protection for the nape.
The helmet is excellently ventilated thanks to 16 vents and fits your head perfectly using the Roc Loc Sport retention system, which can be easily adjusted with one hand using a tightening dial. It features a removable Snap-Fit 2 visor, reflective elements, and quick-drying padding.
In-Mold technology can be found most often in bicycle and ski helmets. The principle consists in injecting compressed polystyrene into a polycarbonate shell at high temperatures and pressures (approx. 330°C). This connection ensures high strength at very low weight. Polystyrene absorbs energy in the event of an impact, but it deforms, which is why the helmet must be replaced after a major impact. Helmets produced by In-Mold technology and associated have a weight of 350-550 g.
