The Isode II model brings a proven design and efficient ventilation inspired by Giro's top road helmets into a lightweight and affordable package. Compact shape, low weight, and sophisticated ventilation clearly follow the models you commonly see in the professional peloton.
The comfortable and quick size adjustment is managed by the Roc Loc® Sport fitting system with an intuitive dial, ensuring the helmet fits perfectly. The comfort while wearing is also enhanced by the pleasant, quick-drying padding.
The helmet is equipped with 19 ventilation openings connected by deep internal channels that optimize airflow through the entire structure. This results in the rapid removal of heat and moisture, helping to keep the head cool even during intense rides.
The result is a pleasant climate and higher comfort with every kilometer.
In-Mold technology can be found most often in bicycle and ski helmets. The principle consists in injecting compressed polystyrene into a polycarbonate shell at high temperatures and pressures (approx. 330°C). This connection ensures high strength at very low weight. Polystyrene absorbs energy in the event of an impact, but it deforms, which is why the helmet must be replaced after a major impact.
