The Isostar Hydrate & Perform isotonic drink provides not only hydration but also energy, vitamins, and minerals, with an improved formula free from colorants and without a sweet aftertaste. Additionally, it never hardens when properly stored.
Vitamin C and B1 enhance post-exertion recovery of the body, magnesium and calcium for better muscle function, carbohydrates and electrolytes for sustained performance.
Contains 70g of simple and complex carbohydrates.
Recommended daily dosage is 3 scoops into 500 ml of water, max. 1/2 liter to 1 liter of the drink per day. Before the race (during warm-up), 150–300 ml of the drink. During exertion, 150 ml every 15 minutes. Suitable for endurance physical activity, intense exercise, and hot climates. Store the prepared drink in a cool place and consume it promptly. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
