The Embolden series received a new ALUXX aluminum frame - the geometry has been improved, internal cable routing is introduced, and a thru-axle is now featured on the rear wheel as well.
The single-pivot FlexPoint rear suspension offers 120 mm of travel and will respond sensitively to both larger and smaller bumps thanks to the air shock absorber. You will feel more confident with wider tires, plus the wheels are ready for a tubeless setup, which offers better riding performance and reduces the risk of punctures.
This Performance level frame material features 6061 alloy with single-butted tubes to produce strong, lightweight framesets for a variety of different bikes and riding styles.
A proven “single-pivot” design that uses the flexing action of the chainstay/seatstay junction to produce a lightweight and durable suspension system with 4.7 inches/120mm of rear travel. The FlexPoint reacts sensitively to large and small bumps through the air shock.
