The Embolden series received a new ALUXX aluminum frame - the geometry has been improved, internal cable routing is introduced, and a thru-axle is now featured on the rear wheel as well.
The single-pivot FlexPoint rear suspension offers 120 mm of travel and will respond sensitively to both larger and smaller bumps thanks to the air shock absorber. Thanks to the handlebar-operated dropper post, riding downhill or on a playful singletrack will be more fun and safer. Better bike handling is also ensured by wider handlebars and a shorter stem. You will feel more confident with wider tires, plus the wheels are ready for a tubeless setup, which offers better riding performance and reduces the risk of punctures.
This Performance level frame material features 6061 alloy with single-butted tubes to produce strong, lightweight framesets for a variety of different bikes and riding styles.
A proven “single-pivot” design that uses the flexing action of the chainstay/seatstay junction to produce a lightweight and durable suspension system with 4.7 inches/120mm of rear travel. The FlexPoint reacts sensitively to large and small bumps through the air shock.
