Mondraker Foxy Carbon R full-suspension bike carbon/orange is a full-suspension MTB on 29" wheels for trail and enduro riding. It targets experienced riders who care about both pedaling efficiency and downhill stability. Its spec and weight place it in the sporty class for regular mountain use.
The Foxy 29 Stealth Air full Carbon frame is made from a carbon composite with Stealth Air construction and the Zero Suspension System. The rear end offers 150 mm of travel and works with a shock in a Trunnion mount. Forward Geometry is built around a longer front end and stable handling at higher speeds. The frame uses Boost 12x148 mm, a BSA 73 mm bottom bracket, internal HHG cable routing, and an ISCG 05 mount.
The Acros headset for 1-1/2" allows geometry adjustment by +/-1°. Frame sizes are S, M, L, and XL, with seat tube lengths from 380 to 500 mm.
Drivetrain: Sram Trigger NX Eagle shifting runs a 1x12 setup. A Sram NX Eagle rear derailleur and Sram XG-1230 11–50T cassette are complemented by a Sram DUB BSA bottom bracket.
Brakes: Sram G2 R four-piston disc brakes use Centerline rotors. Rotor diameters are 200 mm up front and 180 mm in the rear.
Wheels and tires: E*thirteen LG1 Enduro wheels use welded 6069 aluminum rims with a 30 mm internal width. E*thirteen Boost hubs are paired with Maxxis Minion DHF 2.5 WT and DHR II 2.4 WT tires in EXO+ casing.
Cockpit: Onoff Sulfur 1.0 handlebars are 800 mm wide with 20 mm rise, paired with an Onoff Sulfur FG 30 mm stem. The Onoff Pija dropper post is internally routed, and the saddle is an SDG BEL-AIR 3.0.
The combination of 29" wheels and Forward Geometry delivers stable handling on steep descents and through fast, rough sections. The Zero Suspension System reduces bob while pedaling and remains active under braking. The Fox 36 Float Performance GRIP fork with 160 mm travel adds support on impacts and when braking into corners. Maxxis tires with 3C MaxxTerra compound enhance traction on roots and rocks.
This model is designed for riders who tackle enduro trails, technical mountain climbs, and frequent descents in rough terrain. It suits advanced cyclists who want a mechanical 1x12 drivetrain and four-piston brakes without complicated servicing. Compared to trail bikes with around 130 mm of travel, it offers more margin on steep descents.
