Mondraker Raze full-suspension bike black/dirty white is a trail MTB on 29" wheels with 150 mm travel up front and 130 mm at the rear. It targets experienced riders who want one bike for technical trails as well as longer climbs. The build is based on a more affordable yet functional performance tier, with an emphasis on modern geometry.
The Raze 29 frame is made from 6061 aluminum alloy with hydroformed tubing and a Zero Suspension System rear end with 130 mm of travel. Forward Geometry uses a short stem and a longer front end for stability at higher speeds. The frame uses Boost **12×148 mm** at the rear and a tapered head tube for greater torsional stiffness up front. There’s also a threaded BSA 73 mm bottom bracket, provision for a dropper seatpost, and an ISCG 05 mount.
Drivetrain: **Sram SX Eagle** comes in a 1×12 configuration with Sram Trigger SX Eagle shifters and a Sram SX Eagle Type 3 rear derailleur. The Sram PG-1210 cassette has an 11–50-tooth range, and the Sram SX Eagle DUB crankset runs a 32-tooth chainring.
Brakes: Sram Level T hydraulic disc brakes use Sram Centerline 180 mm rotors. The rotors are mounted with a 6-bolt interface.
Wheels and tires: MDK-EP1 29" wheelset features rims with a 30 mm internal width and is tubeless ready. Maxxis Dissector 29×2,4 WT up front and Maxxis Aggressor 29×2,3 at the rear are also tubeless ready.
Cockpit: ONOFF Sulfur 1.0 handlebars made from 6061 aluminum are 800 mm wide with a 20 mm rise. The ONOFF Pija dropper seatpost has internal routing and a 31,6 mm diameter.
The combination of 29" wheels and Forward Geometry increases stability in rough terrain and holds its line through fast corners. The 150/130 mm travel pushes the Raze into the trail to all-mountain category, so it can handle longer descents as well. The Zero Suspension System supports traction while pedaling on technical climbs. The RockShox 35 Gold RL air fork allows fine-tuning of pressure, rebound, and compression to match rider weight and riding style.
The Raze makes sense for riders who ride trails and natural enduro sections and want a versatile 29" full-suspension bike. Thanks to the 1×12 drivetrain and wide-range cassette, it covers long climbs as well as fast transfers. Compared to pure enduro bikes, it keeps a sensible focus on pedaling efficiency.
