The Liv Embolden E+ 2 is a women's full-suspension electric bike.
The new lineup comes with a modern frame design, refined geometry, and increased suspension travel. It also features the new SyncDrive Sport Yamaha second-generation motor.
The redesigned ALUXX SL aluminum frame has a sporty design, is more robust, and features a stiffer rear section with a 12 mm thru-axle.
The drivetrain is by Yamaha, featuring a SyncDrive Sport 2 motor that provides a torque of 75 Nm. The battery has a capacity of 500 Wh, with an option to connect an additional 250 Wh battery. You can choose from five riding modes, and an automatic Smart Assist mode is also available.
The RideControl Dash control unit is located on the left side of the handlebars, ensuring convenient control of the e-bike. It is equipped with a clear color display that shows key riding information, including battery status. When paired with the RideControl mobile app, notifications from your phone are displayed, and thanks to ANT+ connectivity, you can connect various compatible devices. There's also a USB-C connector, which is ideal for charging your phone.
The suspension is managed by a Suntour fork with 140 mm travel, paired with a shock absorber of the same brand with 125 mm travel.
State-of-the-art aluminum material is made predominantly from 6011 alloy and delivers best-in-class strength-to-weight ratios. These framesets also feature unique welding technologies for a high-performance ride quality.
A proven “single-pivot” design that uses the flexing action of the chainstay/seatstay junction to produce a lightweight and durable suspension system with 4.7 inches/120mm of rear travel. The FlexPoint reacts sensitively to large and small bumps through the air shock.
The compact SyncDrive Sport 2 motor features Smart Assist technology and is tuned for smooth and quiet performance. It's the ideal choice for riders looking for an all-round electric bike riding experience. The SyncDrive Sport delivers high performance even at low speeds. This motor also supports higher cadences and has a fast torque build-up, so it's a motor that can handle both brisk flat riding and more challenging terrain with steep climbs. Compared to the previous model , it has reduced weight by more than half a kilogram, but there has been an increase in maximum support and maximum torque.

TheSyncDrive Sport 2 is Giant's mid-range, all-purpose, electric bike motor line. It's ideal for trekking, mountain and full suspension e-bikes that can be ridden on any surface. Smart Assist technology calculates the amount of torque, cadence, grade and speed and uses these calculations to determine how much power to add to the motor. There's a narrower Q factor (168mm), which is the distance between your feet, for a better ride feel. The 20% reduction in weight and motor size goes hand in hand with an increase in torque, making the SyncDrive Sport 2 one of the best all-purpose motors on the market.
