The new enduro tire from Maxxis, named Assegai, was developed with significant input from downhill legend Greg Minnaar.
The tread pattern is based on a combination of the proven Minion DHR II and DHF designs in the center section, with the DHF providing good rolling and confidence on hard surfaces, in corners, on wet roots and rocks, while the DHR II adds speed and aggression during braking.
