The Maxxis Shorty is an MTB tire suitable for trail, enduro, and DH with a tubeless option, suitable for dry-flat and wet-rough terrain.
The Wide Trail (WT) design specifies suitability for wide rims 30-35 mm.
The tire tread pattern has been innovated to improve wet grip, cornering performance, and mud shedding capabilities. The narrower 2.40" tire enhances frame and fork clearance and reduces weight.
The 3C MaxxTerra compound offers more traction than 3C MaxxSpeed but provides better tread wear and less rolling resistance than MaxxGrip, making it ideal for trail riding in all conditions.
