PREPARATION AND DOSAGE: For children 6-10 years old, blend 25 g of powder mixture (2 scoops) in 75 ml of water or milk immediately before using and drink within 1 hour after exercise; for children aged 10 and above, mix 50 g (4 scoops) in 150 ml. On training days, drink the first dose 30-60 min post-workout and the second half an hour before bed.

For children who need to gain weight, we recommend one dose during the day and another half an hour before sleeping. Use in accordance with a personal dietary and training plan in an amount proportionate to the current physical load. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 100 g.
