Penco Pelupa is an instant healthy food based on corn and honey. It provides all the necessary nutrients to maintain performance and reduce hunger during training or competition. In addition to a wide range of vitamins and minerals, it contains complete proteins essential for muscle regeneration and growth, and polysaccharides that provide the necessary amount of energy to start a new day. Unlike other similar products on our market, Penco Pelupa is exceptional for its high lecithin content.

Penco Pelupa is highly suitable as a carbohydrate diet before sports performance, recommended both for short-term strength performances and endurance loads. It is enriched with a wide range of vitamins, especially vitamins C, B6, B12, and folic acid, which contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

It is newly enriched with iron in an organic highly absorbable form. Iron supports the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and contributes to oxygen transport in the body.

The absorption of iron is increased by the high content of vitamin C. One serving of Pelupa contains 10 mg of iron, which represents about 70% of the recommended daily intake. Iron supplementation is particularly important for endurance athletes to maintain performance.

INGREDIENTS: extruded corn, dried milk, dried plant-based drink (glucose syrup, coconut fat, emulsifier: esters of mono- and diacylglycerols of fatty acids with tartaric acid, stabilizer: potassium phosphates, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide), sucrose, cocoa powder (cocoa flavor variant only), glucose, honey, citrus pectin, soy lecithin emulsifier, sunflower oil, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin mix (L-ascorbic acid, tocopheryl acetate 50%, nicotinamide, D-calcium pantothenate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, cyanocobalamin), antioxidants: vitamin E (DL-α-tocopheryl acetate) and L-ascorbyl-6-palmitate), ferrous fumarate, β carotene (honey flavor variant only).

PREPARATION AND DOSAGE: For adults, 4 scoops (50g) of powder are mixed in approximately 140 ml of water or milk to make porridge; for children from 12 years, 2 scoops (25g) in 70 ml; for children from 3 years, 1 scoop (15g) per day. It is either eaten for breakfast or as a snack, alone or possibly in combination with jam, compote, or fresh fruit. To increase glycogen stores, we recommend consuming PELUPA daily for at least 3-4 days before a race or at least once 1-3 hours before performance.
