Contains the amino acid beta-alanine intended for athletes and performance sportspeople. It is suitable for high-intensity, repetitive exercise, as well as for aerobic and anaerobic endurance sports disciplines.
The supplement increases the level of carnosine in the muscles. Carnosine is an antioxidant that fights free radicals produced in the body during exercise and prevents them from damaging the organism. It is capable of removing harmful metabolic waste products, such as damaged protein chains, while also acting as a key substance for the formation of new, more resilient structures.
Carnosine aids in the faster transfer of amino acids to muscles and can reduce the acidity of muscles during physical performance by binding hydrogen ions H+ derived from lactic acid (lactate).
