The dietary supplement Sponser L-glutamine 100% supports glycogen storage, thereby accelerating recovery.
Glutamine is the most common free-form amino acid in the body. Essentially, muscle cells can produce glutamine on their own, but during physical activity, it may happen that the body's glutamine production is insufficient. In such cases, it is recommended to supplement glutamine.
Once there is a deficiency of glutamine in the body, the body starts producing it on its own by breaking down muscle mass. This leads to reduced recovery ability and stops muscle growth. Thus, glutamine has strong anti-catabolic properties.
Furthermore, glutamine supports glycogen storage in muscle cells. It is therefore a fundamental element of high-quality recovery products.
The transport properties of glutamine are also important as it can assist in the transport of nitrogen in the body.
Glutamine also binds free water in the cells, making the body and muscles appear more compact and toned.
The product is free from gluten, lactose, and milk proteins, 100% plant-based.
Dosage: To support recovery and muscle building, use immediately after training. Divide 10 g daily into several servings (1 teaspoon = approx. 4 g), for example, drink 1 serving immediately after exertion and then repeatedly within 2 hours. Add to shakes and other beverages.
Composition: 100% pure free-form amino acid L-glutamine.
