Gluten-free energy bar based on soy with a new palm oil-free formula.
Contains the disaccharide Palatinose, which has a lower glycemic index and slower (gradual) energy release.
Provides the same amount of energy as sucrose or glucose, but the blood sugar level is elevated approximately twice as long. Therefore, the bar is especially suitable for activities longer than 1.5 hours.
