With a nylon protective layer from bead to bead that is an integral part of the tread and a thick rubber insert over the bead, the HardWALL construction is destined to handle relentless abuse with ease while protecting against punctures. Incorporating these reinforcing elements with a 60 TPI nylon casing contributes to a solid and robust construction that supports reliability and ride quality without compromising weight and pedaling efficiency.

SmartGRIP Gravity

The tire compound for DH and rugged enduro riding was developed in collaboration with the world's top downhill riders. This compound excels with a softer mix, tear resistance, better grip in any conditions, and high stability and control at high speeds.

The result is longer-lasting tire performance with excellent grip. The tire maintains these ride characteristics even as the tread wears. The single-compound SmartGRIP Gravity composition allows for consistent ride properties throughout the tire's wear.
