Helmet POC Obex Visor Hydrogen White Clarity Universal Partly Sunny Silver is a premium ski helmet with a visor, combining top-notch protection, comfort, and excellent visibility in various light conditions.
Frameless shield featuring Clarity by POC™ technology provides sharp, contrasted, and natural terrain perception, ideal for changing weather and snow conditions, while the Super Silver finish (cat. 2, VLT ≈ 19 %) ensures comfortable vision in partly sunny or variable light.
Internal anti-fog layer keeps the view clear even with temperature changes.
Three-layer foam padding and soft rubber edge enhance comfort and snugness, while ventilation channels regulate the microclimate under the helmet.
The helmet is equipped with a MIPS® system for protection against rotational forces, a RECCO® reflector for easier location in avalanche situations, and a 360° Fit System allows for precise size adjustments and comfortable adaptation to the head shape.
Mips is a technology in the form of a special yellow insert inside the helmet, which has the task of reducing rotational forces acting on the head and brain in the event of a crash or fall while riding a bicycle. In principle, Mips works between two layers of the helmet shell, which rotate in relation to each other during a fall. This technology is being used by more and more major and minor helmet manufacturers, so if a helmet has this technology, you can tell by the small yellow logo on the outside of the helmet.
