Description

Raymon Arid Ultra 29 is a race-focused mountain bike built for cross-country and fast marathon courses. It’s based on a carbon hardtail frame, electronic shifting, and lightweight 29" wheels. With its component spec, it targets a higher performance class where weight, stiffness, and efficient power transfer matter.

Frame and geometry

The foundation is a carbon composite frame Carbon MLC Composite designed for 29" wheels. The axle dimensions used follow the Boost standard: 15x110 mm up front and 12x148 mm at the rear. The geometry matches a fast MTB hardtail, prioritizing stability at speed and precise line control. The bike is designed as unisex, and the manufacturer states a permissible total weight of 120 kg.

Components

Drivetrain: The Sram AXS Pod Controller shifter works in a 1x12 setup with a Sram GX Eagle Transmission AXS rear derailleur. The Sram XS 1275 cassette offers a 10–52T range, and the Sram GX Eagle crankset runs a 34T chainring.

Ride characteristics

A carbon hardtail with Boost rear triangle is aimed at stiffness around the bottom bracket and precise power transfer under acceleration. The RockShox Sid Ultimate air fork with 110 mm travel keeps the front wheel tracking when riding fast through rough terrain. Racing Ralph tires in a 2.25 width support fast rolling on dry surfaces and gravel. The 4-piston front and 2-piston rear brake combination delivers predictable modulation and consistent braking performance.
