Raymon Trailray 170 Pro is a robust and versatile full-suspension e-bike designed for demanding trail riding and technically challenging terrains.
The aluminum frame made from 6061 alloy features Boost axles for increased stiffness.
A lithium-ion 800 Wh battery is fully integrated into the frame, providing smooth yet powerful assistance with up to 600 W output and 85 Nm torque, thanks to the powerful mid-drive Yamaha PW-X3 motor.
The bike features high-quality suspension from RockShox – a Super Deluxe Select rear shock measuring 230×65 mm and RockShox ZEB Select fork with 170 mm travel work in tandem with the frame's kinematics for sensitive shock absorption and stability at high speeds.
Precise and reliable shifting is managed by a twelve-speed Shimano SLX drivetrain with a 10–51 tooth cassette and Shadow Plus technology, ensuring quiet and controlled chain operation even in difficult sections.
Confidence in braking is provided by the four-piston hydraulic Shimano SLX disc brakes with large 203 mm rotors front and rear, ensuring ample braking power even on long descents.
The Trailray 170 Pro stands on sturdy Raymon VR23/DT210 rims to Boost standard, fitted with wide Schwalbe Tacky Chan Evo Super Trail 29×2.4" tires featuring the soft Addix Ultra Soft compound for maximum traction.
Comfort and riding confidence are enhanced by a Raymon dropper post with a diameter of 34.9 mm, controlled directly from the handlebars, allowing quick seating adjustments to match the terrain.
ThePW-X3 retains the original "Pure Ride" concept of strong, crisp pedaling response and adds improved power support in the higher cadence range. EXPW stands for EXtra PoWer - you'll appreciate this extra power especially in hilly passages and difficult terrain. On this mode you always achieve the maximum possible engine power immediately, which is very useful when starting uphill, for example. Compared to the previous PW-X2 engine, this one is approximately 20% smaller and 10% lighter. The maximum torque has also been increased to 85 Nm.
