Ride Concepts Accomplice are women's trail shoes designed for everyday use, specifically engineered for the female foot.
This specially crafted women's model primarily uses welded seams for maximum resistance to dirt and water. It also features an integrated tongue, creating a sock-like fit that the foot slides into, ensuring high comfort and complete prevention of dirt ingress.
The shoes offer protection with EVA foam in the heel and forefoot areas. They are easily tightened using non-slip laces. There is a loop for tucking in the laces at the heel.
The Max Grip outsole with a grippy compound for platform pedals is adjusted at the front and rear for walking on rough terrain. The midsole is made from high-quality EVA foam, and the EVA Dual Density insole absorbs shocks and prevents injuries.
EVA, literally Ethylene-vinyl acetate is also known as Polyethylene-vinyl acetate i.e. PEVA. It is a copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate, as the name suggests. The weight of the vinyl acetate component is in the range of 10 to 40% and the remainder is ethylene itself. Its physical properties is as an elastomeric polymer, i.e. a substance that excels in high elasticity. Thanks to its unique composition, it ranks among the most light yet flexible and soft materials. It is therefore not a classic thermoplastic, which is often commonly used for the production of many products around us.
