The Pedroc Air shoes were designed, manufactured, and tested in the Dolomites to provide swift movement in the mountains even during hot summer days, where their breathable knitted upper keeps your feet dry.
Stability is provided by the 3F system with Kevlar fibers that wrap around the feet, with toes protected by a TPU guard.
A lightweight EVA midsole ensures comfort and easy rebound, and the Multi Fit Footbed (MFF+) allows you to adjust the shoes for a perfect fit.
The shoes feature the Pomoca™ Speed Hiker Pro outsole with a multi-directional pattern that performs well on mud, grass, and rocks, preventing slipping with the S-Path technology.
This shoe is a product of SALEWA® Committed, made according to independently assessed environmental and social responsibility standards and equipped with a waterproof layer free of PFC chemicals.
The Salewa 3F System connects the instep area of the shoe with the sole and heel, promoting flexibility, support and proper fit where needed.
EVA, literally Ethylene-vinyl acetate is also known as Polyethylene-vinyl acetate i.e. PEVA. It is a copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate, as the name suggests. The weight of the vinyl acetate component is in the range of 10 to 40% and the remainder is ethylene itself. Its physical properties is as an elastomeric polymer, i.e. a substance that excels in high elasticity. Thanks to its unique composition, it ranks among the most light yet flexible and soft materials. It is therefore not a classic thermoplastic, which is often commonly used for the production of many products around us.
