When the weather in the mountains turns within minutes, you want to stay calm and keep your pace. The Salewa Puez 2.5L Powertex men’s jacket gives you the confidence of staying dry even on a fast ascent.
Powertex membrane with waterproof protection holds up in rain and wet snowfall on spring and autumn ridgelines.
Breathability keeps you comfortable when you pick up the pace and helps reduce unpleasant overheating during longer hikes.
Fully taped seams and waterproof zippers protect critical areas where water likes to force its way in during wind and persistent rain.
The lightweight 2.5-layer construction without a lining packs down well into a backpack and is suitable for hiking and multi-day crossings.
The material is made from 2.5-layer ripstop with a 57% share of recycled content.
The water column reaches 10,000 mm for reliable waterproofness.
Breathability is rated at 10,000 g/m²/24 h for active movement.
The jacket weighs 310 g for easy carrying in a backpack.
Salewa Puez 2.5L Powertex is a men’s waterproof jacket for spring, summer, and autumn when you need simple, functional protection.
Thanks to the ripstop fabric, hood, and technical construction, it’s a reliable shell layer for mountain hiking and trekking. It also stands out for its more eco-friendly approach, as it uses recycled material and a PFC-free DWR finish.
