Santa Cruz Vala 1 C MX R-kit CH is a powerful and well-balanced full-suspension electric bike for the toughest terrains.
The bike features a Bosch PowerTube Battery 600 Wh and a powerful Bosch Performance CX BDU38 drive unit. It handles descents like a classic trail bike and eagerly assists pedaling on the way up.
The bike is built on a carbon C specification frame. Frames of this series are as strong and stiff as the higher-end CC series frames, just not as extra-lightweight.
Quality suspension is ensured by a fork RockShox Zeb Base with 160 mm travel and a FOX Float X Performance Elite shock, 205x60.
Vala 1 is a mullet, with a large front wheel that easily rolls over obstacles and a smaller rear wheel that makes it nimble in tight turns.

Bosch Performance Line CX (od MY 2022, Smart System) je motor s maximální podporou 340%. V září 2024 byl oznámen nový motor - s označením GEN 5. Točivým momentem i maximální podporu je stejný. Došlo však k výraznému snížení hlučnosti přepracováním fungování převodovky a k citlivějšímu snímání ze sensorů, takže přípomoc je intuitivnější. Motor chytá na 2 a nikoli 3 šrouby, takže došlo i k lepšímu zapracování do rámu elektrokola. Toto vše ušetřilo i 100 g oproti předchozí verzi.

The deliberately limited number of functions and information facilitates a quick overview and does not distract when riding. The System Controller is seamlessly integrated into the top tube of the frame - the already robust companion is thus additionally protected, hardly attracts attention and is ideal for sporty trips and design-oriented e-bike enthusiasts.
Avoid cables that interfere with the clean look of the e-bike: The Mini Remote is connected to the System Controller via Bluetooth and therefore needs no cable. Despite the minimalist design and just three buttons, you can enjoy the full range of functions.
We use the same proprietary processes for our "C Carbon" frames as we do for our highest spec frames to retain the same legendary strength and stiffness that our CC frames are known for, but there is a slight weight penalty. We've achieved this by using a different grade of carbon material that results in minimal weight gain.
