Out on the trail, you want confidence that your tire will hold its line and won’t slow you down with unnecessary rolling resistance. Schwalbe Romy Race Pro TLR Addix Mid 29x2,40 combines speed, stability, and composure through corners. When the trail turns into roots or loose surfaces, you’ll appreciate the clear feedback and predictable handling.
The tubeless design with TLR technology helps reduce the risk of pinch flats and keeps pressure more consistent when riding off-road. As a result, the bike feels calmer even on rough sections.
The Addix Mid compound is chosen for balanced grip and control when you switch between hardpack, gravel, and forest dirt. The traction is easy to read, so it’s easier to manage speed through corners.
The tire width **2.40 inches** adds support when leaning the bike over and increases contact with the ground. You’ll notice it under braking as well as on climbs where steady traction is key.
The Kevlar folding bead makes handling easier during transport and when mounting on the rim. That makes the tire a solid choice for riders who often fine-tune pressure and set up their bike for the route at hand.
The tire size is 29x2,40 inches for mountain bikes with a large rim diameter.
The tire line is Race Pro for a fast approach to trail riding.
The tread compound is Addix Mid for balanced grip and rolling efficiency.
The bead is Kevlar, the construction is tubeless, and the color is black.
Schwalbe Romy Race Pro TLR Addix Mid is an MTB tire for riders who want a quick ride while still feeling confident in technical sections. The combination of a tubeless setup, a well-thought-out compound, and the 29x2,40-inch size increases control over the bike. It’s suited to trail rides as well as a sporty pace when you don’t want to compromise on handling.
