Description

SiS Go Hydro tablets contain key electrolytes such as sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and chloride. These are essential for proper functioning of the human body and maintaining high athletic performance.

The most important electrolyte is sodium, which supports natural hydration, helps stimulate thirst, and increases the body's desire for fluids. Sodium concentration in the blood typically begins to drop after two hours of exercise. For athletes drinking only plain water, a low concentration of sodium in the bloodstream causes fatigue, loss of concentration, and strength.

The sodium content of SiS GO Hydro is 0.7g/l at a concentration of 30 mmol / l, which is scientifically proven to enhance hydration in the human body better than plain water.

Sodium is a part of electrolyte drinks, but SiS products offer one of the highest concentrations and are enriched with a range of other vitamins and minerals such as zinc, chloride, magnesium, and others.

It is ideal to drink SiS GO Hydro 60-90 minutes at the beginning of the performance and then switch to the carbohydrate supplement SiS GO energy.

Usage: dissolve the tablet in 500ml of water. Suitable for drinking before, during, and after exercise.

To ensure an ideal level of hydration, we recommend consuming 400-600ml of SiS GO Hydro drinks about 3-4 hours before exercise. If you are preparing for an especially demanding athletic performance, we recommend focusing on proper hydration several days in advance. During sports, replenish fluids regularly, taking a few sips every 10 minutes to ensure a total volume of 500ml per hour. After the performance, continue drinking SiS GO Hydro and replace every 0.5 kilograms of lost weight with 750ml of fluid through slow drinking.
