Superior XP 6.1 mountain bike Gloss Grey is a hardtail built for mountain biking, with 29" wheels and 120 mm fork travel. It’s aimed at experienced riders who want a fast XC pace and confidence in technical sections. The 2026 model year is based on an aluminium frame and a 1x12 drivetrain for a wide gear range.
The frame is made from Alu X6 Ultralite aluminium alloy and uses Race Geometry for efficient power transfer while pedalling. Cable routing is integrated, supporting a clean setup without external housings. The BB92 PressFit standard ties into a stiffer bottom-bracket area. The rear triangle uses a UDH hanger and a Boost 148x12 mm axle for compatibility and stiffness.
Drivetrain: Shimano Deore SL-M6100-IR shifting works in a 1x12 system. ONE Race 32T cranks are paired with a Shimano Deore CS-M6100 10-51T cassette and a Shimano BB-MT500PA bottom bracket.
Brakes: Shimano MT410 hydraulic disc brakes use Shimano SM-RT30 rotors. 180 mm up front and 160 mm at the rear.
Wheels and tires: STARS R27-1M rims are tubeless ready and have 32 holes. Shimano TC500 hubs in 15x110 mm and 12x148 mm are paired with Schwalbe Rapid Rob 29x2,25" tires.
Cockpit: ONE Race handlebars have a 31,8 mm clamp diameter and a subtle 5 mm rise. The ONE Race stem has a -7° angle, the ONE Race seatpost has a 27,2 mm diameter, and the grips are ONE Sport Lock-On.
Race Geometry and the aluminium frame support precise line choice at higher cadence and during quick direction changes. The SR Suntour XCR32 Air fork with 120 mm travel increases control over roots and rough gravel. Boost axles and secure wheel retention stabilise the bike in corners and under braking. The 10-51T cassette range helps you keep your rhythm on steeper climbs without the need for a front derailleur.
Superior XP 6.1 is designed for riders who ride XC loops, forest trails, and longer rides in hilly terrain. You’ll appreciate it if you prefer a hardtail with 29" wheels and a simple 1x12 drivetrain. The spec targets the mid-range, with an emphasis on practical standards and service availability.
