Ultralight helmet for children who are beginning to learn to ride a bike.
The Inmould construction consists of a lightweight EPS inner core and an outer polycarbonate shell complemented by 8 ventilation holes for quality ventilation and a bug net.

In-Mold technology can be found most often in bicycle and ski helmets. The principle consists in injecting compressed polystyrene into a polycarbonate shell at high temperatures and pressures (approx. 330°C). This connection ensures high strength at very low weight. Polystyrene absorbs energy in the event of an impact, but it deforms, which is why the helmet must be replaced after a major impact.
