Not all young future pros start their cycling careers at the same time. While the woom 1 balance bike is primarily designed for young children from one and a half years old, the Woom 1 PLUS gets kids moving beautifully from the age of three, introducing them to the world of cycling in a playful way. This balance bike comes with a SURFBOARD footrest, where little artists can rest their feet, so they can surf with their balance bike as if on clouds.

The woom 1 PLUS balance bike features a lightweight and well-crafted AA-6061 aluminum frame with butted tubes and beginner-friendly geometry, which includes 14″ wheels, an extremely low top tube, very low seat position, a long wheelbase, and forgiving steering geometry that ensures stability, good balance, and greater riding enjoyment. The super-light 40 mm forged aluminum stem with a +15° inclination is designed without protruding bolts to be child-friendly and is equipped with two 5 mm hex bolts for secure handlebar attachment.

Wide, ergonomically adapted and lightweight aluminum BMX-style handlebars with a high rise for maximum adjustment range, sandblasted and black anodized, have a grip diameter of 19 mm, suitable even for very small hands, and a width of 500 mm. Woom Ergogrip grips are the smallest of their kind, with an ergonomically designed surface of non-hazardous material and ends with an extra-large diameter for better protection, which hold firmly on the handlebars thanks to the screw-on mechanism.

The balance bike is equipped with two independently operated mini V-brakes with a child-specific lever ratio and an ergonomically fitting brake lever with reach adjustment, suitable even for very small children's hands, and high-quality Jagwire cables with reduced friction and smooth operation. The rear brake features a striking green brake lever and the same colored brake lining to prevent confusion between the front and rear brakes.

The wheels are fitted with super-light Soopa Doopa Hoops aluminum rims with narrow, lightweight aluminum hubs with sealed bearings and an especially narrow rear hub for extra foot space. Assembly and disassembly are easy with a 5 mm hex key, and 16 light, extra robust crossed stainless steel spokes ensure strength and stability. Schwalbe Little Joe 14 x 1.4″ woom edition tires with good cushioning, low rolling resistance, and secure grip are equipped with Schrader valves for easy inflation at any gas station and reflective stripes on the sides for optimal visibility even in low light conditions.

Ergonomically adapted saddle is designed with children's pelvic bones in mind and made of non-hazardous material with side protection for leaning against home walls. The woom footrest is made of high-quality maple plywood, lacquered and fitted with anti-slip tape, and is pre-mounted on the balance bike.

The balance bike is suitable for children aged 3 to 4.5 years and a height of 95 to 110 cm.
