Giant Talon E+ BOX is a hardtail for off-road riding as well as paved roads, with mid-drive motor assistance. It’s aimed at experienced riders who want specific e-drive features and sensible equipment for trails and forest roads.
The frame is made from ALUXX aluminum and uses an Overdrive 1 1/2"–1 1/8" head tube for more precise front-wheel steering. Wheels and tires: The wheels are built around Giant GX03V aluminum rims and eTracker Boost hubs with 6-bolt rotor mounts. Maxxis Rekon 29x2.4" tires provide support on softer surfaces and confidence under braking.
Cockpit: Giant Connect TR Riser handlebars have a 31.8 mm clamp diameter and a width of 690 to 750 mm depending on size. The Giant 30.9 mm seatpost has a two-bolt clamp, complemented by a Giant Ergo Trail ESG saddle and Giant Sole-O Grip grips.

Thanks to RideControl Dash 2 and Smart Assist mode, it’s also a good fit for those who want automatic modulation of assistance.
