Rock Machine Torrent e70-29 B Easy Entry mountain bike Gloss White/Black is a full-suspension e-bike without a rear shock, built on a platform for mountain touring and everyday commuting. It sits in the mid-performance e-MTB class with an emphasis on easy mounting and stability on gravel. The unisex design and low step-through target riders who want practicality even off-road.
The frame is made from heat-treated 6061-T6 aluminium alloy and uses a low step-through design for easier mounting. The geometry is tuned for control and predictability, which suits trail-touring use on 29" wheels. Front suspension is handled by a Rock Shox Judy Silver TK air fork with 120 mm of travel. The 15×110 mm front axle supports front-end stiffness and more precise tracking.
Drivetrain: microSHIFT Advent shifting uses a 1×9 setup with a microSHIFT Advent RD-M6195M rear derailleur. The microSHIFT Advent CS-H093 cassette has an 11–46 tooth range, and One1 cranks carry a 38-tooth chainring.
Brakes: Shimano MT420 hydraulic disc brakes are four-piston and work with Shimano SM-RT64 rotors. Rotor diameter is 180 mm front and rear.
Wheels and tires: The wheels are built with 32-hole WTB SX19 rims and Shimano HB-MT400-B front and Shimano FH-TX505-8 rear hubs. WTB Ranger Comp tires in 29×2,25" are aimed at mixed terrain.
Cockpit: One1 Alloy handlebars are 720 mm wide with a 31,8 mm clamp diameter. A One1 Alloy suspension seatpost with a 30,9 mm diameter is paired with a WTB Comfort Wide saddle and Velo ERGO grips.
The combination of 29" wheels and 2,25" tires supports stability on gravel and a calmer feel on descents. The 120 mm travel fork increases comfort on rough surfaces and helps maintain front-wheel traction. Four-piston brakes handle longer descents and the higher weight of an e-bike better. The Bosch Performance Line Cruise mid-drive motor with 65 Nm delivers power naturally and holds pace on sustained climbs.
The Easy Entry version is for riders who often get on and off with bags, or who prefer a low frame even in terrain. The Torrent e70-29 B is aimed at experienced cyclists looking for a hardtail e-MTB for forest roads, field crossings, and commuting. Compared to more sport-oriented e-MTBs with a taller frame, it prioritizes access and practicality over an aggressive position.
