Ibis Ripmo is a top-tier trail-enduro mountain bike designed to reliably handle challenging trails, technical climbs, and aggressive descents while maintaining excellent pedaling efficiency.
It features a progressive geometry and a combination of 150 mm rear and 160 mm front travel, which, along with the DW-link suspension, provides a responsive rear end, high traction, and minimizes energy loss while pedaling.
The bike is equipped with the standard 29″ wheels for stability and terrain capability, with the ability to adjust the geometry for a mullet (MX) configuration with a 27.5″ rear wheel using a flip chip.
The SRAM Eagle 12-speed drivetrain offers a wide gear range—from low speeds for steep climbs to high speeds for fast descents.
Paired with powerful disc brakes, the rider can be confident in the ability to slow down or stop quickly and safely even in challenging conditions.
Ripmo also features practical details like internal storage in the frame for tools or small equipment without the need for a backpack, and the option to use a large bottle in the frame, enhancing its versatility on longer rides.
We continue to use the critically acclaimed DW-Link suspension platform, known for its climbing efficiency and outstanding downhill performance; it sets the standard for modern mountain bikes. Our size-specific kinematics ensure that every bike rides efficiently and climbs smoothly, while maintaining an incredible flow even on challenging trails.
We have added more adjustment options with the new flip chip – now you can ride on 29" wheels or a 27.5"/29" (MX) mix in all sizes without sacrificing geometry. The Ripley comes standard with 29" wheels.
Transfer your gear from your backpack to your bike with our frame storage system. The lock operates easily, even in cold, muddy conditions with gloves on. The doors are waterproof, sturdy, and create no unwanted noises while riding.
In collaboration with Cotopaxi, we have created a set of two interior bags for snacks, tools, or anything else. Cotopaxi is renowned for its high-quality construction and sustainable practices—the bags are made from recycled materials, making each bag uniquely colorful.
Every rider deserves the same great feeling of riding, regardless of their height or body proportions. We use specific seat tube angles and suspension kinematics tailored to each frame size, which brings incredible balance and speed for all riders. Even the rear triangle length and bottom bracket height are adapted to each frame size. We've added a third size in the middle of the spectrum to ensure that 80% of our riders, who fall between 165 cm and 183 cm, find the right size.
