MET Shelter Youth is the children's variant of the popular MTB helmet model, providing reliable protection for trail riding as well as cross-country rides or races.
Thanks to the internal air flow, it is lightweight and well-ventilated, ensuring comfort while wearing.
The helmet is made from a polycarbonate shell, using the In-mould method. It features EPS padding, has extended coverage of the back of the head, and an integrated visor design.
It also offers the Safe-T Sport fit system with a 360° headband around the head, which prevents pressure points on the head's circumference.
The helmet has 12 ventilation openings with an internal air flow system for better ventilation and comfort. It also includes sunglass holders for secure placement of glasses during climbing or resting.

In-Mold technology can be found most often in bicycle and ski helmets.
