Superior F.L.Y. 20 GLOSS MINT is a junior kids’ bike with 20" wheels for everyday riding on asphalt and hard-packed paths. It’s built around an aluminum frame and a simple 1×7 drivetrain for easy operation. With its equipment, it targets the sport category of lightweight kids’ bikes, where low weight and functional components matter most.
The frame is made of Alu 6061 T6 with double-butted tubes. The Advanced Junior junior geometry is designed for stability and easy maneuvering at lower speeds. The 1xOptimized concept is built around a single chainring and clean chain routing. Brake mounts are for V-brakes, and the cabling is routed internally through the frame.
The fork is an aluminum Alloy 6061 T6 with a junior offset and mounts for V-brakes. The headset has a 1-1/8 diameter and supports precise front-wheel tracking through corners. The bottom bracket uses a BSA thread, which makes servicing and replacement easier.
Drivetrain: microSHIFT TS39-7R shifters control 7 speeds and work with a Shimano Tourney RD-TY200 rear derailleur. The Shimano CS-HG200 cassette offers a 12–32T range, and the Thun Topaz bottom bracket uses a BSA thread.
Brakes: Tektro brakes are rim V-brakes with aluminum arms and levers. Modulation suits junior use and is easy to reach from the grips.
Wheels and tires: STARS J19SZ wheels have 20 holes and are fitted with ONE Sport hubs with quick releases. Schwalbe CX Comp 20×1.75" tires feature KevlarGuard protection and a reflective strip.
Cockpit: ONE Alloy handlebars have a 25 mm rise and a 25.4 mm diameter, matched by a ONE stem with the same clamp diameter. The Selle Royal Explora Junior 20" saddle is complemented by a ONE Sport 27.2 mm seatpost and ONE Kids Lock-On grips.
The aluminum frame with double-butted tubes keeps weight low while still providing enough stiffness when accelerating. The Narrow/Wide chainring profile helps keep the chain stable over bumps.
